Is there any place I can find a Hazel manual, or some kind of a tutorial lesson?
Thanks in advance from an absolute beginner

Hazel has help in the app itself. Just click the question mark button wherever you see it (it's also in the Help menu). Also, check the site, especially the Buzz section which has various articles, including some tutorials.

A searchable PDF would be so much easier for me to use. The help search is extremely slow for me and always tries to find what I am looking for in every help file it knows about for some reason.

I typed "run rules on" and it came up with nothing.

If you have a specific question, post it here. As a human, I'm not even sure what you are trying to figure out with "run rules on" by itself.

Thanks for the quick and helpful replies, I just didn't to bother anyone if I could help myself with the manual first. It seems strange that "run rules on" is in the help but the search didn't list anything for it. I was just trying to understand what each of them did a little better to see if I was overlooking something. You actually helped answer what I was looking for in another post about how to keep only the most recent back up of a given filetype.
