Combine "all" rule with multiple any rules?

How can Hazel combine a rule like "[Date Last Modified] [is not in the last] 2 [minutes]" with a list of "if any" rules?

I imagined the "Date Last Modified" would run first and then run other rules if that was true. There seem to be no way to run other rules. Is there one after all?

Aha, so you use [continue matching rules]. How did I miss that option?

You can also have more complex conditions in a single rule. Hold down option while clicking the + button to create a new condition. That will create a nested condition so you can mix any/all within a single rule.
