Import into Photos and then move to other folder

Hi!

I want Hazel to watch a folder and when a image is added, import it into Photos and then move the image to another folder. The problem is that Photos has to be running for the algoritm to work. I tried adding "Open with application Photos" to the beginning. The problem seems to be that by the time Photos is open the image has already been moved and cannot be imported.

Any suggestions for this to work?

It should work with Photos not launched (i.e. Hazel will launch it as necessary). If Hazel has already moved the image, that indicates that Photos claims the import worked, which is unfortunately, a problem with Photos. If you can replicate this consistently, please email support so I can look into this further.
