Can you check the console and post the errors you are getting?

I lost power last night due to a storm. When the power came back, my computer rebooted and was fine. The upgrade works.

G'day mate, I've just downloaded the trial version of this product and it's giving me the same error message. I'm assuming that your page has the latest version, however I deleted the icon in preferences and tried again - alas! No success.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated

Thanks!

What version of OS X are you running? The latest version requires 10.7 so if you are running an older version, you will get this error.

This same problem is happening to me. I just purchased the family pack and it installed fine on my mac mini, but will not install on my mac pro, I am running 10.6.8.

In your FAQ's, it says, "You need a Mac running OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) or higher. While Hazel does clean and organize, Hazel does not do Windows."

I tried deleting the file and dragging in, no luck.

thanks

Sorry, the FAQ is out of date. The latest version requires 10.8. You can find older versions here: http://www.noodlesoft.com/old_versions.php
