Syncing Latest Podcasts to External Drive

So I have a SanDisk Wireless Media Drive that I use to store all the stuff that can't fit on my 16 GB iPhone. This includes podcasts. I've become an avid podcast listener, so with the sheer number of podcasts I subscribe to, there's no way I can have the Podcasts app on my phone automatically updating the latest podcasts and deleting the ones I've listened to. I'm hoping Hazel can help.

How do I:
Get Hazel to look at the Music > iTunes Library > iTunes Media > Podcasts folder
Look at the Last Modified date of EACH of the podcasts (which are subfolders within the Podcasts folder)
Copy (not move) those newest podcasts to their respective subfolder of the EXACT SAME NAME to the SanDisk, which has its own Podcasts folder?

The one thing that's got me stuck is the last date. There are many options for date, but I don't know what the right one would be for this scenario. It's something like "If date is from last time any date was modified"?

You'll have to look at the actual dates on the files to see which one suits you best. To copy the file over into the same subfolder, you can use the "Copy folder structure" option in the "Copy" action.
