Notification Configuration in Weird Place

I searched and didn't find a similar post, so I'm hoping I'm not duplicating something... but are there any plans to move the "Notification Options" to the "Info" pane? It's in a really weird place right now, and since the options are Hazel-wide, it seems odd to have it in the folder gears menu and not on the "Info" pane. I just spent about 10 minutes looking for a way to disable notifications of file moves but not notifications my rules have generated, to the point I was looking through plists and defaults. Of course, after I found it, I remembered that I had the exact same problem a year ago on another installation, but forgot about it.

It will eventually but it's not clear where a good place for it is. I've considered a whole separate pane but there's so little there that there would end up being a lot of dead space. It'll probably happen with version 4 since it will probably go in with any other major UI overhauls.
