Replacing text within a file

I recently had a need to replace a field name in downloaded OFX files as they could not be imported correctly into the accounting app that I am using (Jumsoft's Money).
I created a rule that will identity the files that require updating and will then substitute the field names with one that can be used to populate the app correctly.
