Tip:

(1) Create a "files and folders" service named "Sort with Hazel"
(2) Move File to a "Hazel Watch Folder"
(3) Profit.

Now for every file there is a context menu entry to sort any file on the system.

Optional 4:
(4) Open preference pane, keyboard, service, and set a "hotkey" for the Hazel rule. Easy one for me is Control + Option + Command + H

Nice tip. Haven't gotten around to playing with Services much. I assume you are using Automator to create the service?

Exactly. Nice catch on my omission.

My rule just sends files to the desktop.
