I have a bunch of video files that need to be reformatted. I can initiate the process from Hazel, but because the process is slow (approx 3 hours per file) and resource intensive I do not want to start them all off at the same time.

After some thought and testing I came up with the following:

The full set of rules:

Rule 1: sets colour label for one file
Image

Rule 2: does the conversion

Rule 3: deletes the original
Image

Rule 4: moves the completed file out of the folder for filing

Note: the color labels here are part of my filing process and unrelated to this process.
