But you can have an infinite number of tags, and you can call them whatever you like and pick your colour for each one. So you could, for example create tags called Bank Statements, and Electricity Bills, and give them the colour of choice.
You can quickly use a spotlight or finder search to find all files with a particular tag, irrespective of which folder it is located in.
To create your tags, just go to Finder Settings and click on the Tags tab at the top.
Then in Hazel simply add "Add Tag" as below:
