I would like to automate this action :
Every time I open Audiobook Builder I have to make a new project which saves itself on desktop with a certain extension
When the action is finished, and I close the app I would like to automate it's deletion
But I couldn't find an action that goes like : if this app is opened or something like that

Did you email support about this? If so, I replied to you there. For future reference, please only do one or the other (email support or post here). It's a bit more work for me to have to type out answers to the same support question twice.

There is no attribute for whether a file is open. The best is the "date last opened" which may or may not work for what you are trying to do.
