I use Hazel to move files from a series of FTP upload folders for a group of a dozen or so users. The settings that get applied to each upload folder are the same, although it includes an appleScript and renaming action based on the source folder name.

It would greatly simplify things if I were able to create a group of folders in the Hazel pref pane and apply the same rules to all of them. That way if I needed to make a change to the settings I could do it once on the folder group, instead of having to copy the same action to a dozen different folders.

Thanks for the suggestion. I have a feature in the database for dealing with some easy way to reuse rules (allow rules to be linked) so this would tie into that.
