Greetings,
I'd like to be able to file items according to the creator of the document. I'm not able to do this with the current "extension" criterion, since some creators can create documents with a variety of extensions (BBEdit, TextMate, etc).

I've searched the forum (keyword: creator) and came up with no hits, so I'm assuming I'm not flogging a dead horse by requesting this.

Sorry about the late reply.

I have a feature in the db right now for adding any Spotlight field to the criteria. It would be similar to how it works with Smart Folders and creator would be one of the fields.

I'm not sure when it will go in but I'll see what I can do for 1.2.
