hi,

I wanted to post new files that are put in a special directory to a REST API endpoint. I tried to do it when th XMlHttpRequest but the JavaScript interpreter built into Hazel doesn't seem to support it.

Any idea how this could be done otherwise?

Are you using the Run shellscript action? If so, not that you have to supply the interpreter. Hazel doesn't have any interpreters built-in. Also, make sure you are able to run the script outside of Hazel.
