Help pls - Content date search then reformat date for rename

Talk, speculate, discuss, pontificate. As long as it pertains to Hazel.

This screen grab illustrates what I'm trying to do.

After finding the date within the PDF document, I'd like to reformat the date before renaming the file:

YYYY_MM_DD_OriginalFileName_Extension

(the end result should look like: 2015_12_01_MyFile.pdf )

So that it is alphanumerically sortable in a folder.

All ideas appreciated!!! :|

First off, no need to bump articles. If there is a lot of spam it will be dealt with (though you can report it to help mark it for me later).

As for your rule, first thing I would do is use a single date attribute for all of those. You can re-use the same date attribute. Only the first to match will be used. Then in the rename action, you use that date attribute there. You can change the format by clicking on it there.
