When you create a Rule in Hazel, Hazel names the folder and where you can change the names of the rules contain in the folder, is there a way of renaming the folder?

I'm afraid I'm not following? Any folder names you see in Hazel come from the filesystem so if you change the names in Finder, they should be reflected in Hazel as well.
