Hi. Is it possible that Hazel could email someone when I add a file to a shared dropbox folder. I don't want Hazel to email the file, but just inform someone that I have added the file.

Even better if it were able to say the file name or folder name, but that's not essential.

I understand that this will require a script, and I know where the script should go, but I wouldn't know how to write the script.

Any help would be most appreciated.

You might want to look into using Automator instead if you don't know how to write scripts. I believe there is an email action there which should do the trick.

Do you happen to know where I could find instructions to do that?
