Downloaded beta 5 and iTunes import works, so that's great.

Regarding your comment:

Rule 1: If Kind is Folder, Run Rules on Folder Contents
Rule 2: If Kind is Music, Import into iTunes

I didn't realize that "....run rules on folder contents..." worked with that kind of scope -- e.g. from one rule to the next. Cool.
