So i have a rule that when I download a .nzb it opens it up and starts my download. I also have a rule that when a file is downloaded to my desktop it sorts it into a folder.

The problem is that these two rules both at the same time.

Is there a way to pause a rule for 10 seconds, or a few seconds? that way I can have my sorting rule wait a certain time for a file to be on the desktop, then it will process it.

since the desktop is a holding pen for alot of stuff, I use it alot. (import to itunes, nzb download, etc)

Would this be something found inside a script? like a shell script etc, or is this built in, or is there any other suggestions.

First off, please do not post questions to the Tips forum. The sticky post at the top there tells you not to do this.

As for your question, try adding a "date added is not in the last X minutes" condition to delay processing for a new file.
