MacUser review: request for copy

I keep hearing about the MacUser review of Hazel but I have yet to see it. I'm having problems finding a copy and my request to the editors for a copy of the review has gone unanswered.
So, I hate to ask but if anyone here has a copy and has easy access to a scanner and is willing to scan and send it to me, I'd be very grateful. Just PM or email me.
Barring that, if someone has the issue number and dates, that would be helpful.
