I have emails with attachments that I need to save and then process. I was looking to see if Hazel could read the spotlight metadata: kMDItemOriginSenderHandle as a trigger for processing those file.

If it's in Spotlight, Hazel should be able to handle it. In the attributes pop-up, select "Other" and you'll see a full list.

That’s what I thought, but I couldn’t find that parameter when I clicked on other. Tried several other parameters that had “email”, sender, or origin, but none worked.

Not sure what is going on…

Are you sure that metadata exists on your system? Can you actually find any files using Spotlight with that?
