Mr. Noodle,

As we all know, when people post in incorrect forums, 99.999999...% of the time it is people making support request (who probably also sent a support request directly to you, waited 30 seconds for a reply, then posted in the forum). May I suggest a simple rearrangement of the forum to put Support as the first topic? It seems that people don't actually read far enough down to get to Support. Making it first would get most of them clicking on Support and actually (and accidentally) posting in the correct forum.

Just a thought.

Interesting idea (and super easy to do). I've just changed it so Support is first. We'll see how it goes.
