Feature request...

Is it possible to add to the action list (Do the following) file name/extension renaming/changing?

I've thought about something like this though let me know what you are trying to do as what I have in mind may or may not cover your case.

I can't say when I'll be able to include it as I'm working on 1.1 now and it seems pretty full but nonetheless it helps to get these discussions going to help solidify what the feature does.

Progressive renaming, options by date, file count (add or subtract) etc...

Also adding an extension (important) or changing it.

Could you elaborate a bit more with some specific examples? Not sure what you mean by progressive renaming, etc.

Renaming files sequentially as added, i.e. 001.txt 002.txt etc... I suppose "progressive" is the wrong term.

Hmm, I'll have to think about it. It seems like it may be a bit too special case. Version 1.1 will have Applescript support so when that is available it is something you might consider adding yourself.

Nonetheless, I'm still mulling over the general renaming problem so I'll keep it in mind.
