Current set up: Running MacMini Server with iMac x 2, iMac Pro x 1 on server.

Managing and building our digital library with Hazel. I can forward an example of the structure of our library which contains multiple folder levels. The task for Hazel is to do the following:

1. Prepare a folder containing files which need to be catalogued. Typically these are .pdf's (a system of target folders and sub folders for these files has already been established).
2. Hazel to decide which folders to copy the file into; files may go into one or more folders. To choose the right folders, Hazel will need to read the contents of the .pdf file and match the contents with keywords or key phrases, which define the subject contained in the folder or/ sub folder or/ sub sub folder. The keywords or key phrases, typically will be the name of the relevant target folder.
3. Copy the file into the selected folders
4. Repeat this process for all files in the source folder

I believe a script will need to be written for Hazel to perform the task described above. As I am not familiar and cannot write script for Hazel, any assistance and/or advice here please. :)
