I just wanted to add something if users are having trouble with "date added" immediately after installing. I was trying to get it to work on my desktop files. However date added seems to only work on files that show up AFTER hazel is installed. Since it is a hazel specific attribute this makes sense once you know that. Anyway I created a rule to quickly process the files on my desktop by using date created, then I switched it to date added so it will work as expected on future files and that worked great.

Anyway I thought I would share this since I didn't see it addressed in another post.

This is also mentioned in the Hazel FAQ but it probably can't be reiterated enough so thanks for the posting it here.
