Is there a way in Hazel to watch my incoming emails from my voicemail provider that contain the .WAV file of the caller and translate it into text? My old Comcast service has this build in but my new Frontier Fiber service does not.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hazel is intended for files on your filesystem and not your emails. Check your email client for any system they have to process incoming messages.
