Feature Request: Rule last status column

I would like to suggest a rule last status column next to the rule, to show if there are any errors or if it's running ok.

I don't like macOS notifications (as per the settings to show error notifications), sometimes I dismiss them (or have them switched off), then I won't have any idea that the rule isn't working to see the error.
Would be useful to sort by column also, to bring all the errors up to the top, a reset view to put back into the order I have them in. Also maybe a badge by the folder name to show error count or if any errors or a green tick if ok, whichever way you can show this.

A recent rule of mine copied something to my cloud drive and I forgot that I recently moved the folder to somewhere else on that cloud drive. The log file shows this error information, now I just have to find the rule to match the error with.
