Help with Hazel

Hello,
I am trying to use the “name matches” trigger, but it keep telling me “Rule does not match.” I tried using a pattern (4 digits- 4 digits 2021-1234) and it said Rule does not match. I then typed in the actual 2021-1234 and it still says Rule does not match. I then copied on of the actual file names and pasted it there and still get “Rule does not match.” I then switched from using “name matches” to “name contains” and tried all of the above and still got “Rule does not match.” Am I missing something?

Thanks,

Click on the red X for the name condition. It will help to see where the discrepancy lies. If you also post specific details on the filename you are matching, I can provide more assistance here.

Hope this isn't too late but I found you have to use FULL NAME instead of NAME if you want to include the file extension. I had an issue with that and it drove me crazy for a second
