I back up my Quicken files to OneDrive -> Quicken. I want to have a Hazel rule monitor that folder and only keep the 5 most recent files. How should I do it?

Depends on what you mean by "recent". For this example, we'll use Date Added. You can do "Date added is not among the 5 most recent" to match anything aside from the 5 files with the most recent date added.
