Back up of folders

Hi
I am looking for the best way to tackle this problem
I have a number of folders set up and when a new document is received and saved to the desktop I have Hazel file it in the relevant folder and filed in subfolders based on year.
This works well.
My concern is I need to backup these folders using One drive when a document is added and my problem is how do I use Hazel to do this without copying the whole folder again to produce a new copy of the folder so I end up with the same folder numerous times?
