Using result of Shortcut as input to Hazel tagging rule?

I am trying to use the result of a Shortcut I have created and use it as a tag to apply to files within a folder.
My Shortcut extracts metadata from an image such as the location of that image. Right now I am only able to have that result displayed to me within the shortcuts app or apply it to clipboard. I would like to apply this rule to a hazel folder.
For example: Lets say I have a folder full of images and would like to extract metadata from each image (for this example I will be extracting the City) and apply the city of where the image was taken as a tag for that image. If an image was taken in Atlanta, I need the text "Atlanta" to be tagged to that image.
