In the case of complex rules that I wrote months or years ago, it's a struggle to recall the details of the purpose, implementation strategy and importantly how it fits into my system administration "ecosystem." A comment or description field on the rule would be an enormous help.

In the top right of the rule interface is a button where you can add a note.
