Music Folder

Hi there, very new to Noodle and Hazel, so please excuse me for asking for such simple help.
I have a USB Drive 'MY MUSIC', that strangely enough contains a number of MP3 Files.
The MP3's are all stored in lots of separate Artist & Album Folders.
I would like to create a rule that will scan the entire USB and all of its sub-folders for MP3' and copy them onto another USB as a long 'Playlist', without putting them back into different folders.
I have tried to run a rule that I found on the forum 'Look in all folders & subfolders for MP3' followed by 'Find MP3 in Subfolder & Mv Subfolders to MP3 Folder', but all this seems to do is what can only be discribed as a Copy & Paste ALL in the same format and file structure, it just replicates all of the folders, and doesn't just create 1 folder with a long list of MP3's.
Any help please?
Many thanks
James
