Pony Request: process running / count

Can you consider adding a condition that evaluates whether a certain named process is running and/or counts the number of named processes that are running?
Anyone who uses Handbrake (esp CLI) has had to code this themselves. It actually is non-trivial for newbies. So please just make it as easy as any other condition.
