Can anyone advise me on the best way to setup a rule or rules that will sort my Images into a main folder and then sub folders.

I would like to have the main folder by Year, the Subfolder by Month.

Is it a case of a rule for the main folder then once process set another rule that would look into the main folder then sort these into the sub folder.

I do not want to create a situation when it is a loop...

You can do it in one rule at the top. If you use the path separator (the triangle pointing right), you can specify multiple levels of folders in one pattern. Make sure the rule does not match the folders themselves to prevent a loop.
