Is it possible to add a feature forward all the message transactions to syslog server, as well as the message console.
Including all the rule creations, basically everything that needs to be logged for personal auditing purposes.

What do you mean by message transactions? Note that logging either goes to Console or Hazel's own log (the latter is for Hazel's background processing). In either case, directing to syslog is not really something I'd consider common use.
