Adding a delay in action

I am wondering if there is an AppleScript to add a delay or 10 seconds between actions
I have a situation where I want to copy the file to two different places then at the end move it to a permanent storage folder but it seems that move occurs before both copies can be done.
I am on Mac Big Sur

Hazel shouldn't perform the move until the copy is completed. What it is doing, though, is moving the copy, not the original. All actions after a copy operates on the copy so you need to take that into account.
