Following up on my earlier post here I'm trying to find out whether it's possible to search for multiple extensions in a single line.

I'm assuming that Hazel uses the same mechanism as Spotlight searches to do this but I haven't found a way to search for, say *.jpg and *.jpeg, in a single search criteria.

No, you have to do one per condition so you'll just have to split them up into separate lines.
