Automatically move files to subfolders containing a code

I am trying to use Hazel to automatically archive my research material.
I would kindly ask you to tell me if it would be possible to build a rule that moves all the files that contain a certain code into a subfolder that contains the same code, without having to build a new rule each time.
I'm trying to give you an example:
I catalogue my search files with a code, which identifies the reference argument (ex: DC=Civil Law; 001=tort - DP=Criminal Law; 001=fraud --> DC_001; DP_001 etc...). I'd like Hazel to put the files in the reference folders, which contain the same code without having to build a rule for each folder.
