How to select an exiftool attribute in the rename-action in hazel?

For example:
finder (create date): 2019-03-03 https://goo.gl/Vm9m9U
exiftool (create date) 2018-04-05 https://goo.gl/zQyXws

rename result with hazel:
2019-03-03-test.pdf https://goo.gl/yAfpSC

You might want to use "Date Taken" as the file created date may not be what you want. Hazel has special support for it since, for some reason, the system Spotlight importer won't read it.
