I have many many rules that run in the same folder and I would think that the ability to group them into folders and/or subfolders - so you can enable/disable groups quickly - would be very helpful - otherwise if you have 30-50 rules in one folder and if you want to disable a portion of them - its a huge paid to go over the entire list and check and uncheck the boxes...

Note that the order of rules affects how they are executed so bunching them together would not be a good idea. Also, doesn't fit your situation perfectly, but you can command-click the checkboxes to toggle all the rules at once.

Can you describe your rules and why there are so many?
