Hi!

I have a folder where I want to label files "red" if I've NEVER opened them.

I had a rule set to

"Last opened is blank"

but nothing labeled red.

I even saved a brand new file in there as a test, and it still didn't work ... Any ideas? Thanks!

If you do "Get Info" on the file in Finder, you can look at the Last Opened attribute there. Chances are that it's set to something (i.e. not blank). Instead, you might want to compare it to another date like Date Created or Date Added.
