Feature request: auto update/better notification

Thanks for the hazel app, been using it for years and the upgrade pricing each time is very reasonable considering the time saved! One thing though is that currently, when having check for updates on in preferences, when there is an update, a pop-up is shown. While I am interested in new features/bug fixes, this can sometimes be a little disruptive/distracting. What about an option to show it as a notification center notification, or, have an option to just auto update silently without user input?

It's a standard part of Sparkle, which is what most Mac apps use. I feel like a notification would get missed. In the alert, there is a checkbox to automatically update.
