Hazel for Microsoft Windows?

Is this in the works? I've found Hazel to be an irreplaceable utility on my Macintosh computers , so I feel the gap when I'm doing work on my Windows workstations. I'm also forced to use Windows at work, where Hazel would also be very useful.

I really love to be able to make use of this amazing program on multiple Operating Systems . Has anyone heard or seen discussion on this?

I have no plans to develop a Windows version but check out https://alternativeto.net for alternatives there.

Apple should be grateful for this. Hazel is the only reason I am still on a Mac. My other "goto" apps Scrivener, 1Password, and Textexpander have already expanded into Windows. If Hazel were ever to become available on Windows, I would probably leave also. I imagine I am not the only one.

Now with the rumor of Apple moving away from Intel in 2020 and possibly using this change to lockdown the Mac more like iOS devices, I hope you reconsider this.

My research after the 2020 rumor surfaced has yielded two options, DropIt and File Juggler. Neither is as advanced as Hazel but it's a start.
