Open folder containing certain content + copy item to sbfldr

I'm trying to model the following rules:

- If a folder contains a file with an extension ".ext" open folder with program "program"
- If file has "name"."ext" copy file to sub folder

Does anyone have some suggestions

The first part is not easily doable with the current version. You will be able to do this with 3.0 which is in beta now (you can check the beta forums for more details). The second part can just be done with the sort into subfolders action.
