Syncing with another computer

I'm trying to sync files between my Mac Pro and Mac Mini, both on my local network. I have a folder called "Sync to Mac Mini" on the Mac Pro that uses Hazel to sync with a folder called "Sync to Mac Pro" that is located on my Mac Mini.

(FYI I mount the Mac Mini as a volume on my Mac Pro at startup so that Hazel can find it.)

The rule running on my Mac Pro is:

If
- Any File

Then
- Sync into folder "Sync to Mac Pro"

This works when I put a file into the Mac Pro folder "Sync to Mac Mini" - the file syncs to the mac Mini. But if I copy a file into the folder located on the Mac Mini, it doesn't sync back to the Mac Pro. Is this how it is supposed to work?

Sorry, it's not clear to me, but are you trying to do a two-way sync? If so, I'd highly recommend against doing that. The sync functionality is meant to be one-way only. If you need two-way sync, I suggest finding software specifically geared towards doing that.

Yes, two-way. That's cool, thanks for the clarification.
