Moving files to another server on local network

Talk, speculate, discuss, pontificate. As long as it pertains to Hazel.

Apologies if this has been addressed in another topic. I would like a set of rules that moves any files deposited in a specific folder to another Mac on my local network (I have a Mac Pro and a media center Mac Mini).

I tried creating a rule set and selecting the destination folder via the Finder, but the result doesn't seem to be working (and yet is not presenting me with an error). The destination server is not mounted -- do I have to mount it for the rule to work?

Any advice would be much appreciated -- thanks.

Yes, the destination has to be mounted. Hazel won't mount it for you (by design). If you want that type of behavior, check into OS X's automounter.
