Hello Fellow Hazelers!

Looking for a bit of help with ABBYY and Hazel. At a loss for a place to post this so I figured I'd try here with the smart users of Hazel.

Don't currently own a ScanSnap or similar product, but I DO own a copy of ABBYY for Mac OS X (Version 8.x)

Having trouble figuring out how to have the ABBYY software automagically OCR a PDF. I've got everything else figured out (from extensive Hazel work - renaming, moving, etc), but what I can't work out the OCR portion.

(I've tried using, and found PDFPenPro to do similar tasks, but the OCR abilities of PDFPenPro aren't nearly as good).

The most success I've had was with a WatchMeDo action, but timing is an issue because it literally waits x amount of seconds (time doesn't jive, prefer immediate, subsequent actions upon completion).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Yes, I'm a real person.

ABBYY has a command line version if I am not mistaken. You could give this a try (I do not have a license for ABBYY) and wrap the command in a script to run it with Hazel?
