what is the difference between throw the file away and throw away if a duplicate in the action menu. and theres actually another throw away if a duplicate above incomplete download after......??????

Throw away duplicates will throw away files if they are exact duplicates of an existing file. Incomplete downloads are files downloaded by some apps that aren't finished. If the download was aborted somehow, they just sit in that folder. This option will allow you to throw those away after a period of time.
