This is a bug fix release. One of the main fixes is compatibility with 10.4.11 which added Safari 3 to the mix. Also fixes the missing arrows on the pop up buttons which no one reported and I only noticed recently (embarrassing!). Other fixes and slight Leopard improvements as well.
Use the auto update system to update.
